Welcome to ranthamboretigermachan.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking services provided for our resort properties. The website and resort are owned and operated under the legal entity name ranthambore tiger machan .
By accessing this website and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Tariff Policy
All room tariffs listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) per room night and are subject to applicable government taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
The tariff includes accommodation and the specific meal plan selected at the time of booking (e.g., CPAI, MAPAI, APAI).
Extra adult or child charges will apply as per resort policy and must be declared accurately during booking.
2. Check-in and Check-out Policy
Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM | Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Mandatory Identification: According to Government of India regulations, all guests (both Indian and International Nationals) must present a valid government-approved photo ID with address proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
3. Payment Terms
We accept secure online payments via the PhonePe Payment Gateway. Guests can pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Reservations are considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of the advance payment as specified in the booking criteria.
4. Tiger Safari & External Activities
Ranthambore National Park Tiger Safaris are controlled entirely by the Forest Department of Rajasthan. The resort acts merely as a facilitator for booking safari vehicles and holds no responsibility for vehicle allocations, route zones, safari cancellations, or wildlife sightings.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this website or resort stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
