
Refund & Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Because we operate in a highly seasonal wildlife eco-tourism zone with limited room inventory, we adhere to the following structured cancellation and refund policy:
1. Cancellation Policy Timeline
Cancellation 10 days or more prior to check-in date: [e.g., 100%refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation after 10 days prior to check-in date: [e.g., 100%] refund of the total booking amount.
Note: Bookings made for peak dates (such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and long national festival weekends) are entirely non-refundable and non-amendable.
2. Safari Booking Cancellations
Please note that Forest Department wildlife safari charges, permit fees, and vehicle bookings are completely non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment they are booked. No refunds will be provided for safaris under any circumstances, including park closures due to weather or VIP movements.
3. Refund Processing Timelines (PhonePe Gateway Compliance)
Approval: Once your written cancellation request is received via email and validated against our policy timeline, our reservations team will officially approve the refund within 24 hours.
Source Account Reversal: Approved refunds are initiated automatically back to the original channel used during the checkout process (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) via PhonePe.
Bank Timeline: The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending entirely on your bank's internal settlement cycles.
